What is an Ambassador?
- A special person selected by one of our participating employers or schools who serves as the credit union advocate
What are the responsibilities of an Ambassador?
- Key contact for employees seeking information about credit union membership, products and services
- Maintain a current supply of credit union related literature for new and existing employees
- Distribute promotional literature and display posters for special credit union promotions
- Arrange at least one on-site meeting per calendar year where a credit union representative will attend and make a group presentation
What are the benefits of being an Ambassador?
- An annual Ambassador Dinner meeting will provide an opportunity to meet and talk with the staff and Board of Directors about strategic initiatives for the coming year
- A special gift for your desk area
- Business cards to distribute to potential members
- Annual order of 150 personal checks for your credit union checking account
- Complimentary ticket to the credit union Annual Meeting and Dinner
- Periodic financial incentives for new member enrollment
What support will the credit union provide?
- A periodic newsletter designed to assist in conveying our message to new and existing employees of the various groups they represent
- Posters, announcements and payroll stuffers to download that can be posted for current and potential members
- Interesting articles to download to be used in your internal newsletter or communications
- Product brochures, display rack, and New Member packets
- On-site seminars for your employees to discuss the benefits of credit union membership
